Founded in 2019 and based in South Florida, Athletica Health & Fitness was created to be more than just a gym—it’s a community and a safe haven where anyone can improve their fitness and well-being. As CEO and a native of Fort Myers, Florida, I came from a background as a CPA and previously worked as an accountant for a different fitness facility center at the time. It was during that time I realized I could create something similar, but with a different culture one that blends state-of-the-art facilities with affordability, so anyone can enjoy a gym membership without breaking the bank.​

Our journey wasn’t just about replicating an existing model. We put our own designs, remodels, and personal touch into every aspect, creating the facility we had envisioned. Athletica is built on the belief that fitness should be accessible to all, which is why we offer flexible options like monthly memberships, yearly memberships, week passes, and even free 7-day trials.​

One key distinction is our investment in Technogym equipment, an elite brand based in Italy.
